I’m probably going to have to come back and update this comic in the future, as there could be anywhere between 100 and 400 billion stars in the Milky Way (depending on how many tiny stars there are, which are hard to see).

Let it be known that this author gets all his facts from only the very latest and most up-to-date Wikipedia pages.

SPACE COMICS ARE BAAAAACK!!! Man this took a long time (remember when Sedna was a 4-panel comic strip? Neither do I).

Possibly my favourite thing about space is that the sheer scale is beyond what our human brains can possibly comprehend. No matter how hard you try, it’s simply impossible to visualise what a billion years or a 140 billion billion t-rexes looks like.

And yes, I expect all school textbooks to start using t-rexes as a unit of measurement from now on (which for the record is about 8160 kg or 130 adult humans).
