space girl comic
The lampshade hath been hungeth.
After dreading it for so long, for this comic I finally had to teach myself how to draw cars. It turned out to be pretty simple.
Step 1: Find a picture of a car.
Step 2: Trace it.
Step 3: Draw the rest of the frame in the same perspective as the car.
Space story arc! Woo!
Swing and a miss.
Of course, the tricky part is keeping the explode-y part of the rocket pointed away from space.
YAYY! 100 Comics! Thanks so much everyone for sticking with me.
This is probably an appropriate time for shameless self promotion, so… if you like this comic please share it with your buddies on Facebook, Twitter, or whatever you kids are using these days. You can find me at: twitter.com/thomaslmcdonell
SPACE COMICS ARE BAAAAACK!!! Man this took a long time (remember when Sedna was a 4-panel comic strip? Neither do I).
Possibly my favourite thing about space is that the sheer scale is beyond what our human brains can possibly comprehend. No matter how hard you try, it’s simply impossible to visualise what a billion years or a 140 billion billion t-rexes looks like.
And yes, I expect all school textbooks to start using t-rexes as a unit of measurement from now on (which for the record is about 8160 kg or 130 adult humans).

I had a lot of fun drawing the last panel :P
Pretty sure anyone who went to my high school will immediately recognise the Principal. :P
Also, not that anyone cares, but Sedna is now officially the longest running webcomic I’ve ever done, surpassing my previous webcomic which-shall-never-be-named. So… yay me?
Ohh snap.
Bullying and theft are one thing, but insulting the Saturn V is CROSSING THE LINE!
