SPACE COMICS ARE BAAAAACK!!! Man this took a long time (remember when Sedna was a 4-panel comic strip? Neither do I).

Possibly my favourite thing about space is that the sheer scale is beyond what our human brains can possibly comprehend. No matter how hard you try, it’s simply impossible to visualise what a billion years or a 140 billion billion t-rexes looks like.

And yes, I expect all school textbooks to start using t-rexes as a unit of measurement from now on (which for the record is about 8160 kg or 130 adult humans).

I see what you when you say that scales in space are beyond what we can imagine. It always impress me when I look at the moon and I realise that a bigger surface than what I will see of the Earth in my life, except if I’m lucky enough to benefit from space tourism in the future.
